Your 2-Year Epicurean Promise

For handle failures or blade edge chipping under normal residential kitchen use within two years, choose replacement of the affected knife or a pro-rata refund. Send one photo showing our logo. Read the full coverage terms and exclusions.

Care for your knives

• Hand-wash with mild soap and dry immediately. Do not soak or put your knives in a dishwasher.
• Use wood or soft plastic cutting boards. Avoid bones, frozen food, and glass, ceramic or stone cutting surfaces.
• Store your knives fully dry with the edges protected.
• Sharpen when cutting performance declines. Plain and serrated edges need different sharpening methods. Ask us if you are unsure which method to use.
