Use the chef or Santoku for everyday prep, Nakiri or produce cleaver for vegetables, serrated bread knife for bread, boning knife for trimming, and utility or paring knife for smaller tasks. Hand-wash and dry immediately. Store with edges protected, use wood or soft plastic cutting boards, and avoid bones, frozen food and hard cutting surfaces. Plain and serrated edges need different sharpening methods; contact us if you need guidance.
