What is the Damascus pattern?
The pattern is a decorative finish on stainless steel. For layered Damascus construction, see the Tidal Collection. Majesty hardness is HRC 56–58; Tidal hardness is HRC 60–62.
Which knives are included?
The Majesty kitchen set includes an 8-inch chef knife, 8-inch carving knife, 8-inch bread knife, 7-inch cleaver, 7-inch Santoku, 6-inch boning knife, 5-inch utility knife and 3.5-inch paring knife, with a gift box.
What care does Majesty need?
Hand-wash with mild soap and dry immediately. Store with edges protected. Use wood or soft plastic cutting boards and avoid bones or frozen food. Plain and serrated edges need different sharpening methods; contact us if you need guidance.
