Your set is made to order and ships from the manufacturer. Allow approximately 14 business days for delivery, including production and transit. US shipping is free. If you need it for a particular occasion, email us before ordering to check the timing.

Personalized sets are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Arrival damage, defects and engraving errors on our end are covered. Contact support@epicureancook.com with photos. Please report arrival issues within seven days of delivery. This request does not shorten your 2-Year Epicurean Promise.

Care for your knives

• Hand-wash with mild soap and dry immediately. Do not soak or put your knives in a dishwasher.
• Use wood or soft plastic cutting boards. Avoid bones, frozen food, and glass, ceramic or stone cutting surfaces.
• Store your knives fully dry with the edges protected.
• Sharpen when cutting performance declines. Plain and serrated edges need different sharpening methods. Ask us if you are unsure which method to use.
