Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every knife we ship. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
For non-personalized products (Tidal Series, Majesty Series, individual knives, gift boxes), you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In the original gift box with all packaging materials, sheaths, and inserts
• Free from any damage, sharpening, or modification

To start a return, email support@epicureancook.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. There is no restocking fee for eligible unused returns in original packaging.

ENGRAVED / PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Custom-engraved knives are made to order specifically for you and are excluded from change-of-mind returns and exchanges. This does not limit coverage under the 2-Year Epicurean Promise. Please double-check your engraving text before confirming — we always email to verify spelling and formatting before we start production.

Exception: if your engraved order arrives damaged, defective, or with an engraving error on our end, we cover a full replacement at no cost to you.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged in shipping, or you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We cover full replacement at no cost. The seven-day arrival-reporting request does not shorten the 2-Year Epicurean Promise.

2-YEAR EPICUREAN PROMISE
All Tidal Collection and Majesty Series knives, including engraved knives, are covered by our 2-Year Epicurean Promise. For handle failures or blade edge chipping under normal residential kitchen use, choose replacement of the affected knife or a pro-rata refund. Send one photo showing our logo. Coverage terms and exclusions are available in the full 2-Year Epicurean Promise.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
